  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -  Standard Shipping Worldwide. Includes Tracking Number - $20.00

Australian and International Delivery Times - Please note this is only an approximate time frame and due to Covid-19 you may experience additional shipping delays.

  • Australian Express Shipping - Approx 1-3 working days
  • New Zealand - Approx 7-10 working days
  • USA & Europe - Approx 10-14 working days
  • Rest of world - Approx 14-21 working days
    • We want you to be completely happy with your Jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us through our contact page to discuss the issue, and arrange a refund or exchange. 

     

    Please note:

    Returns must be sent back within 2 weeks of receiving your order, unworn and in original packaging. Please include a note with your name and order number.

    Sale items are not refundable and returns are only accepted if items are faulty.

    Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

    Incorrect or faulty items will be refunded or replaced and sent back with free postage.

    Items that are a change of mind will require the provision of a stamped, self addressed envelope to process and exchange. 

     Refunds cannot be processed or guaranteed until the items have been returned and inspected.

    We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

    I hate my skirt is not liable for the loss of Jewellery items being returned.
